The business problem

Jas’s School of Spice needed more than a simple booking page.

The school needed a cleaner way for customers to view class dates, book places, pay securely, buy vouchers and ask questions without every step depending on manual messages.

Behind the scenes, the system also needed to support class dates, capacity, vouchers, booking changes and customer communication, with Kalyan AI supporting the system after launch.

The system supports online voucher purchase as part of the customer journey.

Class-specific vouchers can be linked to a particular class.

Custom-value vouchers can be purchased online, while class placement is still handled personally so the school stays in control of availability.

The public booking journey is only one part of the system.

Behind it sits protected operational control for class dates, booking visibility, booking changes, voucher handling and customer communication.

Built for real-world use

Built for real customer use, not just as a demo.

Before go-live, the live booking flow, payment flow, voucher purchase, customer emails, Telegram alerts, booking tracking and backups were tested.

Payments are handled by Stripe, card details are not stored by the system, and bookings are confirmed only after payment has properly gone through.
