Founder
Commercial experience shapes how the systems are built.
Kalyan AI was founded by Zax Kalyan, who brings more than 30 years of work experience, including approximately 25 years in B2B sales and client-facing commercial roles and twenty years in payments and merchant services.
Zax's background is not theoretical. He has built sales channels, led teams, trained people, created incentives, carried targets, managed pressure and worked inside competitive markets where the business only survives if it performs.
That experience shapes how Kalyan AI works today. The starting point is always the business, the owner, the team, the pressure, and the outcome the system needs to support.
I needed more of me in the business.
Why Kalyan AI exists
The idea came from a real operator problem.
Zax was running a renewable energy business, and the work was spread across too many places. Enquiries were coming in, people needed following up, jobs needed moving forward, and he was often only seeing a problem once it had already become one.
Too much depended on him. The knowledge, judgement, follow up and visibility mostly sat in his head. Finding another person with the same experience, urgency and understanding of the business was almost impossible.
He did not have the tools or technical knowledge to fix it at the time. So he learned, progressing from model fundamentals into building production systems.
Used properly, AI allowed parts of a business to run with more structure, more visibility and less reliance on everything passing through the owner. That is where Kalyan AI came from. It was not about chasing a trend. It came from seeing how much stronger a business becomes when its systems are built around how it actually works.
